This comes shortly after the brand\u2019s latest outlet opening in Sri Ganganagar, marking a return to its roots in Rajasthan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sri Ganganagar location not only strengthens Bikanervala&#8217;s foothold in North India but also underscores its aspiration to showcase India&#8217;s rich culinary heritage to a global audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">The new outlet follows a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franchisedeal.in\/business-opportunity\/food-beverages\/quick-service-restaurant\" title=\"\">quick-service restaurant (QSR) model<\/a>, offering a variety of traditional Indian sweets, snacks, and multi-cuisine dishes in a modern setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We aim to make Indian flavours a global staple, fusing tradition with innovation through our \u2018Reverse Food Drainage\u2019 initiative,\u201d said Manoj Madhukar, Founder of The Montana Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added, &#8220;Through strategic collaborations and exploring untapped markets, we hope to harness the growing global fascination with Indian cuisine as a means of cultural exchange.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monty Singh, co-founder of The Montana Group, highlighted the company\u2019s vision: &#8220;We want to engage global youth in an exciting culinary journey that honours India\u2019s time-honoured traditions.
